We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Manager to help strengthen our brand presence, engage our community, and support the continued success of our growing team. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and company growth initiatives. Track campaign performance, lead generation, client acquisition, and return on investment. Assist with annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting. Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility, client engagement, and market share. Analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations to improve results. Social Media & Content Creation Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create compelling content including reels, videos, photography, graphics, stories, educational content, blogs, and promotional campaigns. Design and publish engaging, brand-consistent content that reflects Prolase\'s luxury image and professional standards. Maintain content calendars and coordinate promotional schedules across all locations. Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions. Engage with followers and respond to comments, reviews, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities. Service Awareness & Client Education Develop educational materials and presentations that effectively communicate treatment benefits and service offerings. Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to clients, community groups, and prospective clients. Collaborate with providers to translate technical treatment information into engaging, client-friendly messaging. Organize, promote, and host educational events, open houses, treatment showcases, webinars, and promotional events. Support the launch of new services, technologies, and retail products through strategic marketing initiatives. Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinate influencer partnerships, brand ambassador programs, referral initiatives, and local business collaborations. Build relationships with community organizations and strategic partners. Identify opportunities for sponsorships, networking events, and community engagement. Represent Prolase Medispa at promotional events and networking opportunities when needed. Website & Digital Marketing Maintain and update website content including services, provider biographies, promotions, blogs, event information, and booking links. Coordinate with website developers and SEO partners to improve search visibility and website performance. Ensure website content remains current, visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused. Assist with reputation management, online review monitoring, and directory listings. Advertising & Client Retention Assist with digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and other marketing channels. Support client retention initiatives, membership promotions, referral programs, and reactivation campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase bookings, revenue, and client retention. Help develop marketing initiatives that support treatment package sales, memberships, retail purchases, and overall business growth. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, social media management, or a related field. Experience creating social media content for a business or brand. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms required. Experience with photography, videography, video editing, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, or CRM platforms is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Passion for aesthetics, wellness, beauty, luxury services, or healthcare is preferred.
