We are seeking a Clinical Imaging Applications Analyst to support enterprise imaging and procedural technology platforms within a large healthcare environment. This individual will serve as the technical expert responsible for the backend administration, integration, and support of clinical applications that manage procedural images, videos, and associated patient data. This role bridges clinical operations and enterprise technology, partnering closely with physicians, clinicians, clinical engineering teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure critical imaging systems remain highly available, secure, and optimized for patient care. The ideal candidate has experience supporting ancillary clinical applications, imaging platforms, or procedural systems within a hospital or healthcare IT environment. Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise clinical applications used in procedural and imaging departments. Manage backend application servers, services, databases, and system configurations supporting clinical imaging workflows. Troubleshoot application, interface, and connectivity issues while ensuring high system availability. Collaborate with clinical engineering, networking, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues. Support integrations between clinical applications, imaging platforms, and the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in system upgrades, migrations, standardization initiatives, and new technology implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and support procedures. Provide technical support to clinicians and healthcare staff within procedural environments as needed. Participate in after-hours support and occasional onsite assistance for critical clinical issues. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare applications within a hospital or healthcare technology environment. Experience supporting backend application infrastructure, servers, integrations, or enterprise clinical systems. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to effectively communicate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff. Experience troubleshooting application, interface, or networking issues. Knowledge of application lifecycle management, change control, documentation, and production support. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary technical and clinical teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
