Clinical Chart Analyst & Quality Reviewer
SCHARP
SCHARP in Los Angeles seeks a licensed QMHP to provide therapy and clinical oversight for the FSP 2 program. You will perform Adult Initial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Tri-Annual Assessments, and ensure DMH-required documentation and outcomes measures are completed in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the program treatment team to coordinate services, prepare for weekly meetings, and complete chart reviews using the Case Record Review tool. #J-18808-Ljbffr SCHARP
