Acting as the voice of the customer, you will partner with global teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet customer expectations.What Will You Do?Drive Offer Quality PerformanceOwn quality performance for assigned offers across marketing, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support.Define annual quality objectives and improvement roadmaps, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.Monitor quality performance through customer feedback, complaint data, manufacturing quality metrics, supplier performance, and field data.Enhance Customer ExperienceLead the technical complaint analysis process, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.Drive containment activities, including Business Risk Escalations and Expert Assessments, to protect customers and the business.Represent the customer throughout the Product Evolution Process, ensuring quality impacts and risks are properly assessed.Lead Continuous Improvement & Risk ManagementDrive resolution and prevention of quality issues using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.Establish and oversee surveillance plans to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Conduct risk assessments for non-conforming products and quality incidents, making decisions related to shipment holds, delivery stops, and derogations when required.Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric quality processes, standards, and governance frameworks while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.What Will Help You Succeed?Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operational excellence.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural, matrix organization.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.Success MeasuresCustomer Experience PerformanceOffer Quality PerformanceDelivery PerformanceComplaint & Escalation Management EffectivenessWarranty Cost ReductionCost of Non-Quality ReductionCareer GrowthThis role offers pathways into Project Quality Management, Plant CS&Q Leadership, Offer Quality Expert/Master Black Belt, Line of Business CS&Q Leadership, Marketing Offer Management, Field Service Management, and Customer Support Leadership.Join us in driving quality excellence and creating exceptional customer experiences worldwide.Bring your quality leadership expertise to a team that's ready to welcome you — apply today!At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
