Lending Specialist III
ITACCEL
6-month contract (Banking) We are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to support loan processing and deal execution within a banking environment. This role manages the full loan lifecycle from approval through closing and ongoing servicing. Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage deal pipeline and ensure timely closings with Relationship Managers Coordinate and review loan documentation for compliance and accuracy Support transaction execution, resolve issues, and ensure risk controls Partner with operations for loan booking, funding, and servicing (payments, draws, payoffs) Review and finalize loan documents for closing Communicate proactively with lenders on any pre-closing issues Requirements 5-7 years of Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems (nCino preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment Preferred Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
