This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering vital mental health support through our Telehealth platform. Our operational hours span Monday through Saturday, enabling a dynamic and accommodating schedule for both clients and clinicians. As part of our commitment to fostering your success, we provide in-house credentialing and manage the complexities of insurance participation, thereby streamlining your focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions following clinical best practices.

• Engage in the initial evaluation of client needs, implementing a treatment plan that aligns with their unique goals and empirical evidence-based methods.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring ethical standards and timely submission.
\n
• Facilitate communication with fellow staff and external services through participation in meetings and collaborative treatment planning sessions, addressing client care holistically.
\n
• Deliver case management services for assigned patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in accomplishing their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to support individuals in various life circumstances, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of your clients. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

• A genuine willingness to work flexibly, with the capacity to determine your scheduled hours from 10 to 40 sessions per week based on client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with Telehealth platforms preferred.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices.
