Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories, symptoms, and treatment needs, tailoring approaches to each individual's unique experiences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy, fostering a supportive community atmosphere for patients to process their trauma experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and additional multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for every patient.

• Respond to crisis situations by delivering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
