Key Responsibilities\n

• Educate patients about the reciprocal relationship between mental and physical health, empowering them with strategies to manage their well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in alignment with legal and ethical requirements, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case conferences to share insights, discuss patient progress, and refine treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population that includes individuals with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues related to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services or integrated care models will bring added value to our team. Familiarity with treatment approaches for chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, or substance use disorders is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our benefits package includes:
