This position will operate mainly in a virtual setting, facilitating therapy through telehealth sessions while providing flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of clients. Working hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for adjusted scheduling based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status accurately, utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively developed with clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights that enhance the overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with chronic mental health issues, trauma survivors, and those facing anxiety and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
