Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their situations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques aimed at improving clients' mental health and well-being.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, case managers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients about mental health issues and provide referrals to additional services as necessary, including support groups and community resources.

• Fulfill all mandated reporting requirements adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining professionalism in all communications.

• Participate in training sessions and supervision to continually enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate care and empowering clients to overcome their struggles while fostering resilience and coping strategies that lead to improved life quality.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting with diverse client populations.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client documentation and follow-up proactively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Knowledge of community resources and the ability to navigate clients through the mental health service landscape effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
