Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and personal goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client's challenges.

• Offer ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop strong partnerships with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for coordinated and integrated treatment strategies.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance your therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer discussions aimed at refining clinical skills.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting understanding and destigmatization of mood disorders while prioritizing their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Psychologist.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT and DBT.

• An understanding of psychopharmacology fundamentals and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• A proven clinical record demonstrating effective treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Outstanding communication skills, with a capacity for building rapport with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, especially with mood disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
