Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to identify individual patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans to address specific concerns.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful interventions to clients.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups aimed at educating clients on mental health issues, offering tools and coping strategies in a communal setting.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients concerning their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
