Our fast-growing company is looking for individuals with a keen eye who can handle a complicated job for our Third Shift Sanitation General Labor Team. This position is critical for the startup of our production in the first and second shifts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a clean environment. We are looking for a cleaning specialist who can exceed expectations and ensure that all equipment and plant areas are spotless, floors are impeccable, and equipment is reassembled on time. We expect you to be ready to roll up your sleeves and get dirty with us.

Responsibilities

Sanitation and general labor responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• High-pressure hose used to foam/sanitize equipment and plant areas
• Help disassemble machines and wash
• Perform heavy cleaning jobs as requested on various levels
• Ensure equipment is assembled and floor is delivered to production on time
• Notify supervisors of any required repairs
• General labor
• Other assigned duties

This is a safety-sensitive position. This position is NOT remote.

Qualifications

General sanitation labor qualifications and skills:

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repeatedly during working hours
• Ability to work on different levels, unafraid of open aisles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent attendance is a must

Qualified candidates for this position must successfully pass a background check.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
