Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. The role focuses on delinquency control and rent collection to optimize cash flow and financial position. You will manage all aspects of the operation, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management in the absence of the Community Manager.
