Key Responsibilities

• You will practice within the scope of your Nurse Practitioner license, autonomously managing patient care while being aware of when to engage with your supervising physician.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient visits using EMA, our user-friendly Electronic Health Records system, aiming for a target of 30+ patient consultations per day.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to clinic staff, ensuring a seamless workflow and high-quality care delivery.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, develop tailored treatment plans, and educate patients about their skin conditions, treatment options, and preventive care based on individual needs.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in dermatology, implementing best practices within the clinic.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Nurse Practitioner state license.
• A Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in dermatology or a related field.
• Board certification as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (DNP-BC) or equivalent credential.
• Proficiency in executing dermatological procedures and a deep understanding of skin conditions and treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing the importance of educating patients about skin health.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly experience with EMA.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations, high patient loads, and documentation accurately.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience specifically in dermatology, although candidates with a passion for this specialty may be considered.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits

Gleam Skin Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 125,000 to USD 190,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. In addition to a favorable salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
