Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Practice within the defined scope established by a supervising physician, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with medical standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while recognizing the appropriate times to seek guidance from your supervising physician.
• Efficiently manage a patient caseload of 30 or more patients per day, utilizing EMA Electronic Health Records for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere that enhances workflow.
• Conduct patient assessments, offer diagnoses, and develop treatment plans based on individual needs, ensuring a personalized approach to dermatological care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and be a Board Certified Physician Assistant with active state licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, with a guaranteed base salary complemented by a percentage of collections, ensuring uncapped income potential.
