Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern surgical center, designed to provide a warm and professional atmosphere for both staff and patients. The center is equipped with the latest in dermatological technology, including Diode Lasers for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP treatments, Micro-needling, and Chemical Peels. The collaborative environment fosters growth and development, encouraging each team member to contribute their unique insights and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler injections in accordance with established protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough skincare consultations to assess patient needs, discuss treatment options, and offer personalized recommendations for retail products.
• Administer and manage various laser treatments to address specific skin concerns, ensuring adherence to safety and best practice guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Establish and follow up with patients through structured protocols to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a safe, clean working environment by following all operational procedures.
• Stay informed of new regulations and advances in the dermatology field by attending workshops and engaging with professional literature.
• Actively participate in marketing efforts by promoting treatment packages and retail product sales during patient consultations and follow-up communications.
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the company’s values, fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily seek services related to cosmetic dermatology and skin health. They value personalized care and the expertise of qualified professionals who understand their unique skin concerns. You will engage with diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet individual patient needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or private medical practice setting, with proven skills in aesthetic procedures.
• Current and valid Physician Assistant license in good standing, along with any necessary certifications (PA-C and Certified Nurse Practitioner preferred).
• A compassionate, professional demeanor with an ability to connect with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desirable, with at least one year preferred.
• Strong interest in and knowledge of laser therapies and aesthetic treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to create new sales opportunities and engage with products effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
