What You'll Do You'll be the analytical engine behind our marketing strategy — turning data into decisions and insights into impact. From building dashboards and forecasting models to conducting customer research and supporting ROI analysis, your work will directly shape how we connect with and serve our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Data teams — bringing bold ideas and breakthrough analysis to the table as we grow. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis — lending, fintech, or banking experience is a plus Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert preferred) and experience with Power BI Working knowledge of Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Snowflake, or Sigma Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies Strong communicator — equally comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences Why Purpose Financial?
