Bilingual Onsite Coordinator

Bilingual Onsite Coordinator Snelling is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to support one of our clients in Mesquite. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has strong administrative and organizational skills. Flexibility is required due to varying schedule demands. Schedule (Must be Flexible): Monday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Perform onboarding for new hires, including orientation and documentation, Maintain accurate records through data entry and spreadsheet updates, Provide employee support, coaching, and performance guidance, Address attendance and performance concerns as needed, Assist with employee terminations when necessary, Ensure strong communication between client and associates, Keep organized records and maintain compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required), Strong administrative background (data entry, organization, spreadsheets), Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, Professional communication and leadership skills, Staffing industry experience is a plus, Warehouse or operations experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snelling Staffing Services
