Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions independently or collaboratively with physicians (based on credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
• Prescribing pharmaceuticals and therapies within your defined scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and long-term health management
• Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care
• Accurately documenting findings and treatments in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent certification in your specialty area
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or willingness to secure these within 90 days
