Pour le compte d'une agence de marketing situe Suresnes (92), nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) qualification et prise de rendez-vous vnementiel.

Votre mission s'exercera exclusivement par tlphone!

Missions :

Sous la responsabilit du chef de projet, vous tes amen(e) contacter des acheteurs et visiteurs pour des salons, vnements professionnels et job dating.
Vous tes exclusivement en relation BtoB, dans un but d'inviter et suivre les contacts dans leurs inscriptions aux vnements.
Vous les accompagner dans l'utilisation des outils digitaux en place.
Vous serez amen(e) voluer dans votre mission, en ayant accs de plus en plus d'outils au fil de votre monte en comptence.
Vous devez tre l'aise au tlphone et savoir adapter votre discours afin de donner envie aux interlocuteurs de participer aux vnements.

Profil recherch :

De formation BAC+3
Exprience d'au moins 1 an dans le BtoB
Vous matrisez le Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Vous prsentez une apptence pour le digital
Vous faites preuve d'une bonne aisance rdactionnelle
Vous avez de la discussion et tes l'aise au tlphone, tout en tenant un discours trs professionnel
Vous savez vous adapter vos interlocuteurs

Dmarrage prvu : ASAP

Horaires : 9h-18h (lundi-jeudi) / 9h-16h (vendredi)

Rmunration : 11 brut de l'heure + 20% prime d'intrim + panier repas de 3,05 par jour + 50% des frais de transport

Vous pouvez aussi bien travailler en mission courte, comme viser un CDI aprs priode d'intrim, en fonction de vos critres.

Les missions courtes peuvent aller de 1 mois 3 mois.
