Tele-Service/BDC Coordinator

Century West BMW is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our high-performing team in Universal City. This role is critical to delivering a premium customer experience by supporting our Service Department through appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and inbound/outbound communication. What You’ll Do Manage inbound and outbound service calls, emails, and online inquiries Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently and accurately Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services Re-engage inactive customers and support retention efforts Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth appointment flow Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Deliver a high-level, professional customer experience in every interaction What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive BDC role (required) Previous service BDC experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Proficiency in CRM systems (ADP/CDK experience a plus) What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a premier automotive group Why Century West BMW?
