Area Business Manager - Allergy/ENT - Rockford, IL

Main Responsibilities Engage customers in the assigned territory and deliver a clinically focused selling message to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue, and consistently deliver product goals. Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., MSLs, Field Access, Market Access, Thought Leader liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success. Build relationships with asthma/Allergy-Immunology specialists and other healthcare personnel and patient advocacy support groups as directed. Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business. Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities. Maximize allocated territory budget to support execution and business growth. Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences). Own business opportunities in the geographic area, including calling on large group practices and key targets. Establish relationships with thought leaders; drive industry-leading customer value. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of sales experience. Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information. Ability to travel as needed. Proven sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance. Team-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales. 2+ years selling subcutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics. 2+ years selling in asthma and/or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, MS, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis). 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists. Launch experience in specialty care/biologics. Alliance/matrix partnership experience. Advanced clinically based selling; results with launches. In-servicing/training experience. Strong organization and account management.
