Overview Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Oxford, NC Shift: 7am-3:30pm Pay Range: $39.00 - $48.00 per hour Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations Ensure all machinery and mechanical equipment operate as designed Coordinate with planners and stores supervisors for procurement of parts and materials Improve functionality and reliability of facility systems through performance analysis Maintain high standards related to foreign material exclusion, procedures, and quality maintenance practices Qualifications Experience in supervising maintenance teams or related roles Knowledge of machinery and mechanical equipment operation Ability to coordinate procurement activities effectively Strong analytical skills to study performance results and implement improvements Commitment to safety, quality, and procedural adherence What’s in it for me?
