The firm is open to experienced litigators across several practice areas, including: Complex Civil Litigation Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury Litigation Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation This opportunity is ideal for a sophisticated litigator seeking high-level matters, meaningful responsibility, strong litigation resources, and the opportunity to take cases from inception through resolution and trial. Key Responsibilities Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal Develop and execute strategic case plans Handle discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation Draft and argue dispositive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other complex legal documents Work directly with clients regarding litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations Collaborate with partners, attorneys, experts, and clients on sophisticated matters Mentor and support junior attorneys as needed Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience Experience in business, commercial, employment, personal injury, insurance coverage, construction, real estate, or other complex litigation matters Strong case management, discovery, deposition, and motion practice experience First- or second-chair trial experience strongly preferred Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, judgment, and client-management skills Established law firm experience preferred Annual performance-based bonus Strong litigation support and resources Meaningful courtroom and trial opportunities Long‑term growth and advancement potential This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney seeking sophisticated litigation, meaningful courtroom exposure, and a long‑term opportunity with one of California’s respected trial firms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Villatoro Executive Search
