As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently with minimal assistance. Your expertise will help us develop a steady customer base, and your proactive approach will see you making impactful in-person sales calls. Roles and Responsibilities Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources Assists in training new team members Assists in creating account development plans Performs inventory management for customer-specific material Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred 3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferred Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets served General understanding of metal processes and products Proficient in MS OfficeMinimal travel required.
