ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm journey began long before becoming an agent - I spent more than 20 years as a State Farm team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the business and, just as importantly, what it takes to build a successful and supportive team. Outside of work, I'm married with three grown children and grandchildren, and I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family. Being involved in our community is important to us. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager for Laura Keim - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Laura Keim - State Farm Agent
