Product Lead

We are looking for a Product Lead who can take ambitious ideas from problem definition to a working product, then build the systems and distribution engine needed to scale them. This is a hands-on product role for someone who has shipped applications, platforms, workflows, or internal products, not only managed a roadmap.

You will identify valuable user problems, shape product direction, work closely with developers and cross-functional partners, and use modern AI tools to move from concept to evidence quickly. You will also explore how AI agents and agentic workflows can improve our products, operations, and customer experience.

Success means delivering products people use, creating repeatable systems around them, and expanding their reach through measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and distribution.

What you will own

• Build and ship products. Lead products, applications, and workflow systems from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Turn strategy into execution. Translate user needs and commercial priorities into clear product bets, requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Apply AI and agentic approaches. Identify where AI agents , copilots, automation, or orchestration can create differentiated value; prototype solutions and guide them into reliable production workflows.
• Scale distribution and adoption. Design product-led and channel-led growth loops, remove adoption friction, and work with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Verticals to expand reach.
• Build repeatable systems. Create operating mechanisms, feedback loops, instrumentation, and decision frameworks that improve speed, consistency, and learning across the product lifecycle.
• Use evidence to prioritise. Define success metrics, combine quantitative data with user insight, run experiments, and use the results to make clear investment and sequencing decisions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery. Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Content Engineering, Growth, commercial teams, operations, and external experts; resolve ambiguity and unblock decisions.
• Stay close to users and the market. Maintain direct contact with technology professionals, test assumptions early, and convert shifts in technology and behaviour into product opportunities.

• Useful products and systems move from concept to live delivery with clear ownership, quality standards, and measurable user value.
• AI-enabled workflows and agentic capabilities reduce friction, improve speed or quality, and are adopted in real operating environments.
• Distribution becomes a product discipline, with measurable gains in reach, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Engineering and cross-functional teams have shared priorities, faster decisions, and a dependable delivery rhythm.
• Product decisions are grounded in user evidence, commercial impact, and instrumented learning rather than opinion alone.

Who you are

You are a builder with strong product judgement. You are comfortable moving between user problems, system design, delivery detail, data, and go-to-market questions. You can create clarity without waiting for perfect information, and you know when to prototype, when to simplify, and when to invest for scale.

Essential experience and capabilities

• 5+ years in product management, product leadership, venture building, or a closely related role, with evidence of increasing ownership.
• A strong track record of building and launching systems, applications, platforms, or digital products and improving them after launch.
• Hands-on experience working with development teams throughout discovery, design, build, release, and iteration.
• Experience scaling product distribution, adoption, or growth through product-led loops, partnerships, channels, lifecycle programmes, or other repeatable mechanisms.
• Practical experience using AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable , or equivalent tools to prototype, automate, analyse, or accelerate delivery.
• Working knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows. Direct experience building, deploying, or evaluating agents is highly desirable.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence without relying on formal authority.
• Strong product analytics and experimentation discipline, with the ability to define metrics and turn evidence into prioritisation decisions.
• Systems thinking, commercial awareness, and a bias toward delivery, learning, and measurable outcomes.

Helpful, but not required

• Experience in developer tools, technical learning, publishing, knowledge products, SaaS , marketplaces, or platform businesses.
• Experience taking an AI prototype into production, including evaluation, observability, safety, cost, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed organisation or an early-stage product environment.
