Shift: 0630-1700 (Call rotation with weeknight shifts from 11 PM - 7 AM and 1-2 rotating weekend call shifts)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dedicated surgical team. This role requires the ability to handle a variety of surgical procedures and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong OR circulator experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures, including orthopedics, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, thoracic.
• Monitor patient status and manage care before, during, and after surgeries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in rotating call schedule as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have OR circulator experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to fulfill rotating call requirements (one night a week minimum, one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum).
• Experience in the following areas is preferred: orthopedics, general, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, thoracic.
