• Connect quickly and build rapport through active listening and understanding
• Educate clients on Final Expense options and guide them to the best-fit solution
• Close sales during the call or through brief follow-up outreach
• Document call activity and client notes in our CRM system
• Collaborate with a team of motivated closers, coaches, and mentors
