Director, Global Value Stream Fulfillment As a Director on the Global Value Stream Fulfillment team, you will lead a portfolio of operational capability verticals within HelloFresh's global supply chain, shaping the strategy and execution model for how we standardize, improve, and scale our operations worldwide. Lead and mentor an indirect team of Associate Directors and Senior Managers, building a high-performing, accountable department with clear OKRs aligned to company strategy. Set the governance framework and operating model for how the Global Value Stream team Fulfillment designs, validates, and deploys process and technology standards internationally. Partner at the executive level with Product, Engineering, Finance, and regional Operations to align on global priorities, technology investments, and performance benchmarks. Own the department's budget, headcount planning, and resource allocation across capability areas and geographies. Serve as the final decision authority on process deviation requests, capability exceptions, and cross-market design trade-offs. Drive the organization's approach to continuous improvement, value stream analysis, and waste elimination at scale — setting the standard for how the company approaches process maturity. Lead the design and deployment of the most complex and high-stakes Lighthouse Projects, from problem definition through to global rollout. You have... 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Downstream Operations and Technology — including significant senior leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across multiple geographies, with full accountability for operational outcomes. Deep expertise across multiple Fulfillment and Warehousing domains, with a breadth of experience that enables credible leadership across the full Fulfillment Value Stream portfolio. Strong commercial acumen and experience and delivering measurable business impact. Extensive experience Fulfillment and Warehousing technology ecosystems, including Order Management Systems (OMS/WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Automated Storage and Retrieval system (ASRMS), and Order Enrichment systems; experience with Industrial Engineering hardware integration a strong plus. A track record of developing senior talent and building high-performance organizations.
