Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

Required Skills/Experience: - oncology and PCU exp - competencies: Ventilator, other hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), ICP- all can train real time

Shift & Scheduling: - 7p-11p, 11p-7a, 7p-7a - Weekend requirements: Every other weekend - Self schedule

Floating Requirements: - float to med/surg and PCU units - same level of care

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• ONS (Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider) or the alternative certification ONC
