This role focuses on helping new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use the TaxAct software suite.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding customers through initial setup and software installation.
• Assisting with account creation and EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) documentation uploads.
• Supporting data migration from previous software providers.
• Providing a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention.
• Serving as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase.
• Communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment.
• Managing training schedules for new hires.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies.
