Assistant Project Manager

Our Assistant Project Manager will:

• Assist in managing commercial and retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Support subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract administration
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain aggressive project schedules
• Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, forecasting, and change order management
• Help coordinate site logistics, materials, and vendor communication
• Maintain organized project logs and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders
• Support problem-solving efforts to keep projects aligned with schedule and budget
• Assist in maintaining compliance with safety standards and job site protocols

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction with a General Contractor
• Exposure to commercial and retail projects preferred
• Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Desire to grow into a Project Manager role

We will provide our Assistant Project Manager with:

• Base salary range of $95K-$115K depending on experience
