Junior Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior Pre‑Litigation Attorney in Century City, CA. This role offers an opportunity to manage personal injury claims, negotiate settlements, and develop case strategies in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. Duties Manage a pre‑litigation caseload from onboarding through settlement or litigation referral. Review case facts, liability, injuries, treatment progress, and damages exposure. Develop and implement case strategy in coordination with staff and leadership. Conduct attorney‑client calls and maintain regular communication with clients. Review and approve settlement demands and supporting documentation. Negotiate bodily injury claims with insurance adjusters. Conduct regular file audits to ensure cases are progressing appropriately. Work closely with pre‑litigation staff, department leadership, and intake teams. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license in good standing. 1–3 years of personal injury experience preferred. Strong negotiation and client communication skills. Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload efficiently. Experience with case‑management systems such as Litify, Filevine, or similar is a plus.
