We are looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and businesses find the right insurance solutions. Whether you're an experienced producer or looking to grow in the industry, this role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities.
Acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Renters, Homeowners, Life and many other insurance products.
Candidates will receive outstanding training, mentorship from established, successful agency owners and the opportunity for ownership of their own agency with successful completion of the program
Responsibilities
- Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships with prospects and clientele.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Must possess/obtain a state of Illinois Property/Casualty License
Must possess/obtain a state of Illinois Life/Health License
