Compensation & Benefits $16.25/hour base pay +$2 to $3/hour average tips Mall hours only (no late nights or early mornings) Paid training programs Clear pathways to advance into higher management What You Will Do Lead the Team: Direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General and Assistant Managers. Manage Daily Operations: Monitor staff breaks, oversee scheduling, and minimize overtime. Develop Talent: Assist with training new employees to maintain high brand standards. Maintain Excellence: Prep, bake, and serve fresh products while keeping the kitchen safe and clean. Deliver Smiles: Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner.
