Operations Manager

Title: Operations Manager

Overview: The Operations Manager will direct our day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.

Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

? Oversee and manage all Rental Operations

? Manage all receiving and distribution operations

? Track productivity to meet company's requirements and maximize operational efficiency

? Train warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development

? Coordinate and manage logistics

? Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow

? Approval of all subrental purchases

? Create and submit all pull sheets and purchase orders

? Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse

? Enforce company policies and procedures

? Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

? High School diploma or equivalent

? Minimum 3-4 years' experience working in a similar warehouse environment

? 1-2 years' experience supervising a team

? Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly

? Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment

? Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes

? Excellent organizational and time management skills

? Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
