Job Summary and Responsibilities CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our well‑established hospital‑employed group. Schedule: 7 on / 7 off shifts (7am - 7pm), Tuesday to Monday, with physician swing shift coverage until midnight. Focus: Inpatient care for adults; no pediatrics, obstetrics, or trauma; Rapid Response Team handles codes; no after‑hours call. Support: Reasonable census; closed ICUs staffed by intensivists. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, prescribe, order/interpret tests, and manage discharge planning for inpatients. Compensation: Competitive base salary, commencement bonus, quality incentive bonus, and longevity bonus.
