About the Opportunity: Schedule: 7 on / 7 off shifts (7am - 7pm), Tuesday to Monday. Focus: Inpatient care for adults, no Peds, OB, or Trauma. No codes (Rapid Response Team handles), no after-hours call. Support: Reasonable census, closed ICUs staffed by Intensivists. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, prescribe, order/interpret tests, and manage discharge planning for inpatients. Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, Commencement Bonus, Quality Incentive Bonus, & Longevity Bonus.
