Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients across Florida. Our practice is designed to eliminate unnecessary stresses related to administrative duties, ensuring you can dedicate your time and attention to client care. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing for client convenience and safety. Conduct intake assessments that capture client histories and treatment goals, facilitating the creation of individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans. Provide psychoeducation to clients, equipping them with coping strategies and resources to support their mental health and emotional well-being. Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws. Manage a balanced caseload that suits your personal and professional needs, promoting sustainable work practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our targeted client population includes individuals and families affected by serious illness and those requiring hospice care. Many clients face profound emotional challenges, including grief, depression, and anxiety related to their health and end-of-life issues. Your role will be pivotal in empowering these clients, helping them navigate their experiences with dignity and support. Qualifications An active LCSW license to practice in Florida. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or hospice setting. Preferred Experience Experience working with hospice clients or in palliative care settings. Familiarity with grief counseling and support services for families in crisis. Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR software will be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
