Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.43 / Hour

• 21+ Years of Age (C101)
  Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application. This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates must have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols, badge issuance, and access monitoring. Relevant experience should be clearly outlined in the candidate's resume or application.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
