Join Clearwater Systems, a family-owned water treatment company with 80 years of experience helping people enjoy better water. We’re looking for a hands‑on Office Manager to keep our Hamilton service center organized, support our team, and make every customer feel welcome. What you’ll do: Keep the service center running smoothly. Coordinate service and installation schedules, support our service, delivery, and warehouse teams, and keep customers informed as needs and priorities change. Own the customer experience. Welcome customers, help with purchases of salt, filters, and related products, answer questions, and connect homeowners with our Water Specialists. Take ownership of concerns and follow through to resolution. Keep the details accurate. Process orders, shipments, changes, and returns; maintain reliable records; and partner with Accounts Receivable on billing and past-due accounts, treating customers with professionalism and empathy. Make the office work better. Manage supplies, equipment, and office systems, identify opportunities to improve workflow, and help teammates use technology effectively. Keep the local manager informed about trends, concerns, and opportunities. Pitch in beyond the desk. Help customers load products, regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck to move and store materials. Onsite forklift training and certification are provided. What you’ll bring: Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills. Confidence using office software, spreadsheets, and email. Initiative, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving problems. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
