The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care.QualificationsJob Requirements:Graduate of accredited School of NursingBSN or Actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 monthsCurrent License as RN in State of TexasBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.ACLS, PALS or NRP corresponding to area of servicePreferred Job Requirements:Previous acute care experienceDemonstrates leadership and management skills in a healthcare environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsThree years of experience in clinical specialty
