Your Qualifications:
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA or NP licensure in Wisconsin
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure in Wisconsin

- Anticipate 10-12 patients per day in the clinic and 1-2 patients per day in the hospital

- Ability to practice autonomously
