What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a premier steakhouse or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong background in high-volume, high-revenue operations, ideally $10M+ annually
• Expertise in premium steaks, seafood, scratch cooking, and elevated cuisine
• Proven leadership, team development, and kitchen management skills
• Strong understanding of food costs, labor management, and operational excellence
• Passion for exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
