Responsibilities and duties include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session, maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 28-30 client visits per week, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, and attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, being licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC), ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, and comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.

Compensation: Annual salary up to $75,000 depending on licensure, experience, case load size, and bonus opportunities!

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
