Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist ( Remote – Maryland Licensed Only )

Location: Fully Remote ( Must hold active Maryland license )

Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability is a plus!

We're growing our Maryland team and seeking dedicated full-time licensed therapists ready to build a long-term career while making a lasting impact.

• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)

• $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available)

• Target caseload: 25–36 sessions per week

Consistent scheduling and strong referral flow help you maintain reliable income!

Work from anywhere in Maryland with no commute and full administrative support.

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families in communities with high need.

• Opportunities to supervise and mentor clinicians

Collaborative interdisciplinary team, accessible leadership, and systems designed to reduce burnout and maximize clinical focus.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments

• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans

• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR

• Support families with education and care coordination

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
