Sr Finance Program Manager

Medtronic seeks a Senior Finance Program Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for an $18B+ global medical device portfolio. The role manages forecasting, reporting, and executive financial communications across multiple business units and regions from a Minneapolis-based position.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive deliverables for Portfolio+
- Manage Long-Range Business Estimate process including consolidation, analysis, and risk assessment
- Develop executive financial reporting and presentations for leadership reviews and committees
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and business drivers to support portfolio decisions
- Drive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and financial analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years finance/FP&A experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Experience developing executive-level financial presentations for senior leadership
- Cross-functional partnership skills across finance and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting cycles in complex organizations
- Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
