The Store Manager is the leader of the shop . They are customer-facing, responsible for managing workflow, profitability, and overall team performance.

• Maximize Profitability & Sales Growth : Achieve monthly targets for Gross Profit, Tires, Financing, Car Count etc.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and adherence to repair order process

Responsibilities: Write and review repair orders, estimates, and inspections. Dispatch and prioritize jobs to ensure every vehicle is inspected & presented within 45 minutes. Sell recommended services and maintain high customer satisfaction. Train and manage Service Advisors, CSRs, and Technicians. Monitor KPIs like technician productivity, first-time fix rate, and service time. Conduct meetings, set goals, and drive sales performance. Control expenses (parts, labor, warranty claims, comebacks). Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor returns. Oversee compliance, safety, and shop appearance.
